About the event

Free and open to the public!

Film description: Amid environmental toxicity and social unrest in New Delhi, brothers Nadeem and Saud spend day and night rehabilitating raptors in their makeshift avian basement hospital.

Prepare for a tear-jerker. Film contains subtitles. Recommended for ages 14+. Refreshments provided.

After the film screening, join Amanda from the Monterey Audubon Society for a short trip down to Locke-Paddon Park via the oak restoration area. We'll see the numerous birds that are benefitting from the work there, and appreciate all the creatures that surround us, even in a city! We'll travel at a slow pace, covering about 0.4 miles over hard-packed trails. Some binoculars will be available to borrow.
